I Vow….
If you haven’t seen GMC’s new ad campaign it starts with the “vows” that every truck owner longs for…”a truck that they can count on day in and day out”. After all, isn’t that why we buy trucks?
I think I’ve always understood this since I started selling trucks back in 1988.
Since most of my customers buy a truck to make a living, I have learned that they are looking for two things …a great truck and a salesman that they can trust. I like to think that I’m giving them both those things. So, with that in mind, here are my “Vows”.
I Vow….
· To “listen” to my customers needs and do everything I can to solve those needs.
· To “value” their time and money as much as I do mine.
· To promise only what I “can deliver”.
· To “be there” for them after the sale.
